Mr. Bhabani Prasad Mondal Mr. Tarasankar Samanta ... For the petitioner This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the J. Misc. Case No.32 of 2011 pending before the Court of the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur, since 2011.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

From the record, it appears that the next date was fixed on 27th June, 2023 for hearing of the petition dated 5th July, 2022 whereby the petitioners/defendants pointed out the notice containing wrong names and addresses of the opposite party nos.6, 15, 16 and 17.

Accordingly, the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur, is expected to dispose of the application dated 5th July, 2022 on 27th June, 2023 already fixed.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 706 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur, forthwith. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
