The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed in the eviction case under the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964. The said order has been carried in appeal and the appeal is pending consideration. 3.

At this stage, there is no scope for interference in the instant writ petition.

The appellate authority, being the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk shall take steps to consider and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law, at the earliest after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

The instruction by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Egra, Purba Medinipur is taken on record. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
