None appears for the petitioners even at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for setting aside the resolution adopted in the meeting of the Gram Panchayat held on 6th February, 2007 for removal of the Pradhan of the concerned Gram Panchayat.

It appears from the record that the petitioners were not interested when the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 10th September, 2021, 24th September, 2021 and 1st October, 2021. Due to passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
