1. The status report filed by the Inspector-inCharge, Chinsurah Police Station, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate, dated 13th March, 2024 is taken on record. It appears from the report that the missing lady has been recovered and she is presently residing with her mother as apears from the statement made by her before the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.PC.
