Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan being respondent No. 2 in the instant application has failed and/or neglected to consider the application dated December 2, 2019 made by the petitioner till date. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

The Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to consider the applications dated December 2, 2019. The writ petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan. Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and pass a reasoned order within 16 (sixteen) weeks from the

date of communication of this order to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan. The Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
