Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 52 days. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was in a relationship with the husband of the victim. Husband of the victim subsequently died also. Considering the fact that the police has yet to conclude the investigation and considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein as prima facie transpiring from the materials available in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 797 of 2022 is rejected.
