Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the main proceedings being Dewan Dighi Police Station Case No.150 of 2019 has been disposed of.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Having regard to the submissions advanced by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 811 of 2020 is disposed of as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
