This being a writ application and being satisfied with the grounds as made out with the prayer for restoration, CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed.

Petitioner is directed to serve notice of restoration upon all the respondents. The petitioner submits that interim order be also restored.

It appears that there was a conditional order of stay vide an

order dated 26.4.2011. As the writ application has been restored, the orders therein are also restored.
