The revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants in a suit for eviction and is directed against Order No.11 dated March 03, 2020 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amta, District : Howrah in Title Suit No. 128 of 2018.

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned has dismissed an application filed by the petitioners for holding local inspection of the suit property on the ground that the application does not disclose the purpose for which such inspection has been sought for.

On perusal of the said application it appears that the learned Trial Judge is absolutely justified in dismissing the said application on the said ground.

The order impugned, therefore, does not call for any interference.

However, this order will not prevent the petitioners to file an application for such inspection disclosing the reason in support of their prayer with better particulars.

C.O. 482 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms.

No order as to costs.
