The same is taken on record. A copy of such report be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

It appears that investigation has progressed substantially.

Evidence collected by the police shall be analyzed forthwith and final report shall be submitted before the concerned ACJM, within a period of 15 days from date.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the final report, he may take appropriate steps before the

concerned Magistrate, inter alia, under the provisions of Section 173 of the Cr. P.C.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
