Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 12th March, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 12th March, 2021, it is revealed that in the 3rd paragraph of the order instead of "petitioner's husband", it should be read as "petitioner" and in the 3rd, 4th and 6th paragraphs of the order instead of "arrear pension", it should be read as "arrear gratuity". The other portion of the order dated 12th March, 2021 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
