An order dated 18th November, 2022 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate at Barrackpore in MP Case No. 1684/2022 being a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is sought to be quashed. It appears from the impugned order that the said order has lost its force after the expiry of 60 days. Therefore, the instant revision is disposed of with the observation that the order dated 18th November, 2022 be treated as non-est. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
