Central Bureau of Investigation The present revision is of the year 2020 and praying for setting aside the judgement and order dated 7.12.2019 arising out of CBI/SPE/SCB/SIT/KOLKATA/case RC 53/S/14 dated 27.09.2014 under Sections 420/ 409/ 120B/ 511/ 109/ 112/ 114/ 115/ 117/ 120B/34 of the IPC read with Sections 4/5 of Prize Chits and Money circulation Scheme(Banning) Act, 1978.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
