Case No. 486 of 2022 pending before the ld. ACJM, Barrackpore under sections 279/338 of the IPC. I have considered the foundation on which the charge-sheet has been submitted.

The petitioner submits that there has been a compromise between the parties.

Having regard to the nature of the facts which appears that the accused pushed the complainant's wife in front of Annapurna Sweets Store, M C Garden while driving the vehicle being NO. WB-06E-8528 and, consequently, the leg of the victim had to be amputated, I am of the view that, at this stage, no interference can be made by this court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 853 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
