Counsel for the State opposes the application for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and the case diary, this Court is not inclined to grant leave to the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2259 of 2021 is rejected.
