Perusing the same, it appears that the case is at the stage of final argument.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made at this belated stage when the learned Sessions Court is at the final stage of the case. The learned Trial Court is directed to proceed with the arguments and pronounce its judgment as expeditiously as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 915 of 2022 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
