Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the fact that the trial is in progress, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned Trial Court is requested to invoke the provisions of Section 309 of the Criminal Procedure Code, fix consecutive dates for trial and endeavor to adhere to the same. The learned Trial Court is also requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 798 of 2022 is dismissed.
