Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced a written communication made by her to her advocate on record mentioning that the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further and seeks withdrawal of the same.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

Dismissal of the writ petition will, however, not stand in the way of the Howrah Municipal Corporation to take steps in accordance with law to deal with any unauthorised construction at the subject premises 4/1, Danesh Mollah Lane, Ward No. 40.
