Petitioner has made representations to the Superintendent of Ranaghat Police District, Kalyani, Nadia as also to the Director General, Central Reserve Police Force, New Delhi. Petitioner apprehends threat of his life and liberty. There were earlier incidents where cases have been registered.

Both the authorities referred to in the page 27 of the writ petition and page 30 of the writ petition will assess the ground reality relating to the insecurity expressed by the petitioner and consider his representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5270 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
