Mr. Tulsi Das Maiti Mr. Pradip Kumar Ghosh ...for the petitioner Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra Mr. Ganga Prasad Mukherjee ...for the State The petitioner's case is that her husband died in the year 2019, since then no family pension has been given to her.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the State submits on instruction that the petitioner's husband was absent from the school from 21st May, 2011 to 31st October, 2017. However, no papers have been received by the office of the District Inspector of Schools as to the family pension from the school where the petitioner's husband was working and was absent thereafter.

I direct the concerned Sub Inspector of Schools being the respondent no.6 to send the papers of the petitioners husband relating to family pension and also for gratuity to the office of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.) i.e. the respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks from date.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
