It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

It appears that inadvertently names of Mr.

Nilanjan Bhattacharjee, Mr. Sanjay Karar and Mr. Saikat Dey were transcribed against the petitioner in the order dated 24th April, 2023.

However, the aforesaid three Advocates appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 5 on 24th April, 2023.

The appearance of the aforesaid three Advocates in the order dated 24th April, 2023 shall be treated on behalf of the respondent no. 5. The department is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 24th April, 2023.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned Advocates for the parties on usual undertaking.
