Petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code , 1973 seeking quashing of proceeding of GR Case No.

2776 of 2015 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta arising out Shakespeare P.S. Case No. 418/2015 dated 11.12.2015 under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 and all orders passed therein. This case pertains to year 2018. As such it seems that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, CRR 602 of 2018 is dismissed being non-prosecution without any order as to costs.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information and necessary action.
