This is an application for recalling of the order dated 29th July 2022 passed by this Court.

Upon perusing the averments made in the application and after hearing the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, we are satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause in not appearing on 29th July 2022, when the writ petition was dismissed for default.
