1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer seeking intra district general transfer is pending consideration before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas.

3. Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairman in-Charge, DPSC, South 24 Parganas to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the application along with all supporting documents in support of the

prayer for transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating this order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
