This writ petition has been preferred seeking a direction upon the respondent authority to recommend the name of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher in Work Education (Pass). The selection process was undertaken in 2011 to fill up the aforesaid post.

I am informed that the panel prepared for the post had been expired in 2015.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
