1. Petitioner contends she is not the principal accused. She has been falsely implicated. She was outside the State and was unaware of the proceeding. She prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer and submits petitioner is the principal accused.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner threw acid on the victim. Keeping in mind her role in the crime and as she had absconded for a protracted period, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her.
