The applicant being the respondent no. 8 in the writ petition has filed the instant application praying for recalling the order dated August 30, 2023.

Learned advocate representing the writ petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the order dated August 30, 2023 has already been complied with by the respondent authorities. A final order has also been passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar), Krishnanagar, Nadia on November 30, 2023.

As it appears that the order seeking recalling has already been acted upon and complied with by the respondent authority and a fresh order has been passed by the said authority, accordingly, it will be open for the aggrieved party to challenge the said order, if permissible in law.

The recalling application stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
