The present application has been preferred praying for relaxation of the conditions of bail.

Ms. Chowdhury (Bandhu), learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the conditions for bail, as contained in the order dated 5th March, 2019 passed in CRM No.1977 of 2019, were relaxed by a subsequent order dated 6th December, 2019. The petitioners complied with all the conditions. They are day labourers and have to travel to different places in search of jobs and as such, they are facing extreme inconvenience to meet with the officer-incharge of Kaliachak Police Station once in a month. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.

Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the conduct of the petitioners the condition as incorporated in the order dated 6th December, 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioners shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Kaliachak Police Station once in a month', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN No.2 of 2021 is

disposed of.
