Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 04-01-2023 Subha Item no.16 Ct no.34 CRR 581 of 2021 Ram Kewal Yadav -versus- Magma Fincorp Limited Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being Complaint Case No. C.S 12948 of 2020 under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta. The reasons so assigned in the revisional application are that a cheque which was issued was for the limited purpose of account verification and the same has been misused by the complainant. The said issue is a question of fact, the truth or falsity of which cannot be assessed at this stage.

As such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 581 of 2021 is dismissed.
