Learned Advocate-on-record appearing for the 06.11.2024 Ct. No. 16 Item No. 11 (SSS) appellant submits that the matter has been settled out of court long back and accordingly, the appellants do not want to proceed further with the appeal.

Hence, FMA 8 of 2021 is dismissed for nonprosecution without any order as to costs. CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No: CAN 2343 of 2020) also stands disposed of accordingly.
