1. The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Calcutta, in Probate Case no. 06 of 2024.

2. It is submitted by Learned Counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of this instant revisional application, many orders have been passed by the trial court subsequently in the probate proceedings. Due to such changed circumstances, this revisional application has become infructuous, as such, a necessary order may be passed.

3. Having heard the learned counsel and in the above backdrop, the instant revisional application being C.O. No. 818 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of without any order as to costs.

4. Connected applications, if any, are also, thus, disposed of.

5. All parties are to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
