On the earlier occasion the appellants were also not represented. Moreover, it appears that the appeal is not maintainable under Section 20(1)a of the Bengal, Agra, Assam Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed as not maintainable along with connected application.
