Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition since the petitioners have been permitted by the University to sit for examinations which were conducted on-line. Counsel submits that the petitioners presently have no need for accommodation in the University campus.

W.P.A.4986 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
