....Advocates This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated November 27, 2024. On November 28, 2025 the compliance report has been filed by the alleged contemnor. Upon considering the said compliance report, the petitioner appears today.

On perusal of the compliance report and the reasoned order, passed by the alleged contemnor dated July 21, 2025 at page 22 to the report it appears to this Court that, the direction of this Court has been complied with as the reasoned order has already been passed by the alleged contemnor.

The correctness or worthiness of the reasoned order cannot be assessed in a contempt proceeding.

If the petitioner is aggrieved with the said reasoned order, the petitioner shall have to take further recourse of law, available to her, in accordance with law. This Court is satisfied that there is no contempt. Accordingly, the proceeding, CPAN 392 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

The application, CPAN 392 of 2025 stands disposed of.
