Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the State hands over a server copy of CRR 1616 of 2021 along with (CRR 1825 of 2021) which reflects that G.R. Case No.101 of 2019 was quashed so far as the present opposite party no.2 in the application is concerned.

In view of the said order being brought to the notice of the Court, I am of the opinin that the present application has become diluted and do not warrant interference by this Court. Accordingly, CRM 2250 of 2019 along with connected applications are dismissed.
