1. Three matters being two criminal revision and one writ petition were assigned before this Court by the Hon'ble Chief Justice to be heard together.

2. During the pendency of the matter, talk of compromise has been effected by and between the parties and to that extent, one joint application has been filed being CRAN 8 of 2025 in CRR 922 of 2022 and CRR 920 of 2022.

3. In view of the said joint compromise application, the State was directed to furnish a report today. The report has been placed before this Court on behalf of the learned counsel representing the State.

4. On a careful perusal of the report, it transpires that the de facto complainant has given a written declaration and also statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure whereby she has expressed that she is not interested to proceed further and prays for withdrawal of this proceeding. Let the said report be kept with the record.

5. In view of the above development, the revisional application, which were filed by the petitioners for quashing of the proceeding pending before the learned ACJM, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas under Sections 498A/ 406/467/ 468/ 379/120B of the IPC are considered and quashed. The joint compromise application is disposed of which is affirmed by both the parties.

6. In terms of the prayer made by the learned counsel representing the petitioner, the writ petition dismissed as withdrawan.

7. Let a copy of the order be intimated to the learned Trial Court for information and taking necessary action.

8. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
