Adv., Mr. Subrata Dasgupta ...for the State The petitioner claims that the Investigating Officer, Sonarur Police Station has been harassing him in respect of Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 680 of 2020. It is submitted that without notice under Section 41A of the Cr. P.C. the petitioner was taken into custody. The petitioner is now on bail.

Counsel for the State and the Sonarpur Police submit that a final report in the form of FRT being No. 966 of 2020 dated November 10, 2020. Another FIR being Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 1005 of 2020 dated December 10, 2020 has been filed against the petitioner. An FRT being No. 1047 of 2021 dated December 31,

2021 has been filed and the petitioner has been discharged.

In the above circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
