A report in the form of memo of evidence has been submitted before this court but it reflects that till date the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has not been filed before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioner has prayed for quashing.

Having regard to the fact that the investigation of the case is yet to be completed and after considering the nature of allegation, at this stage I am not inclined to quash the FIR.

The petitioner is directed to approach this court after the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is filed and the

documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. are handed over to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation CRR 857 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted before this court be kept with the record.
