Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 150 days. The brother of the petitioner was granted bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the articles were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and his brother. The brother of the petitioner was, however, granted bail considering that such brother was suffering from cancer at the last stage.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 801 of 2022 is dismissed.
