Learned counsel for the Pradhan submits that pursuant to the second tender issued by the Panchayat work order has been issued and the work has commenced. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the applications any further.

The applications being WPA No. 4739 of 2026 and WPA No. 5160 of 2026 are dismissed for non prosecution. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
