Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the respondent IOCL in WPA 23155 of 2012 be taken on record.

It appears from the affidavit of service that it was informed to the learned Advocate on record for the petitioner that this matter shall appear today at 2 P.M. The service upon the petitioner was affected. Despite service none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for.

It is now 3.24 P.M. It appears that this writ petition is pending since long. Petitioner is not turning up.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, it appears to me that the petitioner is not intending to proceed further with this matter.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, passed by this court during the pendency of the instant writ petition is also hereby vacated.
