He renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted trial is in progress. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Seven out of ten prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
