Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 849 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number. 4.

The application being CRAN 2/2025 is thus disposed of. 5.

The petitioner as well as the opposite party no. 2 is directed to file their affidavits of assets and liabilities in

the form of an affidavit in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Rajnesh Vs. Neha and Another1.
