Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent customs authority concerned in considering and disposing of its representation dated 30th January, 2023, for provisional relief of the consignment in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 5268 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Special Investigation Branch/ respondent no.3, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 30th January, 2023 being annexure P-8 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
