1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on January 4, 2024, he informed the Inspector-inCharge, Raidighi Police Station in respect of his egress to and ingress from his property being obstructed at the behest of the private respondents.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that Raidighi Police Station has already taken steps and accordingly Raidighi P.S. Case No.

57/24 dated 27.01.2024 was registered for investigation.

3. Learned Advocates for the private respondents deny and dispute the accusations made on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the complaint of the petitioner is restricted to free egress and ingress in his property, the Police Authorities would assess regarding the correctness of the accusations and would keep a strict vigil over the area so that no breach of peace or tranquility takes place and no untoward incident crops up because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

5. As the private respondents have not been called upon to file any affidavits, the accusations made in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5587 of 2024 is disposed of.

7. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
