Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 25th August, 2025.
In the cause title portion of the judgment dated 25th August, 2025 it was erroneously recorded as 'M.A.C. Case No. 1411 of 2012' instead of 'M.A.C. Case No. 1411 of 2022'.
Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.
Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 25th August, 2025.
