Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial is in its finishing stage and continuing with the revision will not serve any purpose. Accordingly, let the revisional application be dismissed as infractuous and be dismissed for non-prosecution. Learned counsel for the State to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
