1. This revisional application has been field seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.1086 of 2008 pending before the learned Judge, 13th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta.

2. Mr. Sen, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has taken this Court through the certified copies of various orders passed in the suit from time to time and has demonstrated that initially, the hearing of arguments in the suit was concluded as far back as on August 4, 2022 but judgment could not be pronounced.

3. It is submitted that the matter was reheard upon the new incumbent taking charge and since then, the matter is being posted for further hearing and for arguments. It is further pointed out that on February 11, 2026 the case was adjourned to March 16, 2026 for further hearing of arguments.

4. In view of the peculiar facts of the case and since it is evident from the certified copy of the orders appended to the revisional application, that arguments are going on in the matter presently, this

Court is of the view that the present revisional application may be disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to hear all parties, conclude the arguments and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. CO 780 of 2026 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
