Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal offender. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who are on bail.

Keeping in mind the principal role played by the petitioner in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
