The present appeal was initially preferred against the refusal of ad interim stay of a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the writ petitioner/appellant. 2.

Such LOC was issued at the behest of the respondent-Bank by the Immigration Authorities. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal was disposed of on May 18, 2022 for all practical purposes by modifying the impugned order of the learned Single Judge to the extent that the appellant would file an affidavit-of-undertaking before the learned Registrar General of this High Court and the Look Out Circular being No. BCC: IWR: 112/116 was stayed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the meantime, such undertaking has been duly filed by the appellant as per the direction of the Division Bench in the judgment dated May18, 2022 which is not disputed by learned senior counsel appearing for the Union of India on instruction. 5.

In such view of the matter, since the conditional direction of the coordinate Bench while disposing of the appeal has been complied with, nothing remains to be done in the present appeal.

Accordingly, MAT 406 of 2022 stands disposed of in the light of the above observations, by continuing the stay order in terms of the undertaking filed by the appellant.

Consequentially, CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2023 also stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
